How to get UHS MDCAT Roll No Slip 2026?
Every candidate must print out a copy of their admit card, which includes their exam center and roll number. With effect from August 25, 2026, every applicant who has registered for Punjab on the PM&DC Portal must download their admission card through the UHS website (www.uhs.edu.pk) by following the steps given below;
- Visit the official website of UHS (the URL is www.uhs.edu.pk).
- Now click on the “Download MDCAT-2026 Admit Card” button.
- Enter your full name, ID Number (CNIC/JV/Passport/NICOP/B-Form), Last four digits, and Solve the given Captcha.
- Now Click on “Search Button”.
You can print out your roll number slip for MDCAT 2026. A roll number slip is mandatory for the MDCAT examination.
Important Instructions for UHS MDCAT 2026
Before proceeding to the examination center, candidates should ensure they have the correct center address.
Entry into the examination centers with the following items is strictly prohibited, subject to the penalty of immediate expulsion of the candidate from the center and cancellation of the paper. Cell phones, calculators, books or notes, arms or weapons, bags, electronic devices such as smart and digital watches, headphones, Bluetooth, metal pens, etc.
Candidates are advised to be present at their respective examination centers on 10th September 2026 from 08:00 AM to 09:00 AM. The centers will be sealed at 9:00 a.m., and no one will be allowed to enter afterward. The test will start at 10:00 AM and end at 01:30 PM.
Candidates should bring:
- Original CNIC/NICOP/JC/Passport/B-Form (photocopies are unacceptable). Please bring the same document with which you have registered for MDCAT-2026.
- Printed Admit Card issued by the University;
- A clear and transparent clipboard with nothing written on it;
- Two blue ballpoint pens (not pointers, markers, pencils, gel pens, ink pens, etc.)
- 500ml transparent drinking water bottle
Note: A candidate must bring the original CNIC/NICOP/JC/Passport/B-Form and take a printout of his admit card to be allowed to appear in the test.
