Eligibility Criteria For Admission
- Candidate has passed the F.Sc./HSSC (Pre-Medical) exam or an equivalent exam in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Math with a minimum grade of 60% (660/1100).
- has a Punjabi district-specific domicile certificate. Candidates with an Islamabad (ICT) domicile are only eligible to apply for open merit positions.
- have passed the MDCAT-2026 with a minimum score of 55% (110/200) for MBBS admission and 45% (90/200) for BDS admission. Repeating candidates may use their MDCAT-2021 score if it is better provided that it is at least 65% (137/210) in order to qualify.

How To Apply
- Step 1: Visit the following website: https://www.bop.com.pk/UHS-2026/Login.aspx.
- Step 2: Create an account by entering your email address and a password.
- Step 3: Choose between the MBBS and BDS programmes first. Next, decide the category (or categories) of seats you want to apply for.
- Step 4: Fill out the application form with your information (Name, Domicile, Contact Information, Marks, etc.).
- Step 5: List the colleges you prefer for medicine and/or dentistry. Depending on the category of seats available, a candidate may choose all or as many institutions as they like to attend when providing their order of preference. Once given, the “Order of Preference” is final and cannot be altered later. An applicant will not be given consideration for a college that is not on their list of preferences.
- Students with disabilities and Huffaz-e-Quran must check the appropriate boxes on the application and upload the necessary materials. They will be notified through email alert of the location, schedule, and time of the Hafiz-e-Quran Test/Medical Board.
- Step 7: Upload the scanned documents (maximum 2 MB each document) in accordance with the Prospectus’ instructions.
- Step 8: Check the provided details and attachments before submitting. You won’t be able to make changes to the application after you’ve submitted it.
- Step 9: Complete and submit the online application. Your email address will receive a confirmation message. First, download the completed application, designate it as the “Final Copy,” and then print it off together with the bank challan for the processing cost.
- Step 10: Visit the Bank of Punjab (BOP) branch closest to you with the “Final Copy” of your completed application and payment challan to deposit the Rs. 1,000 admission processing fee (nonrefundable). The application process is now finished.
