Islamabad Capital Territory ICT Police Upcoming (1668 jobs) vacant for Constables has been announced Govt of Pakistan. The Male & Female candidates can apply from all over Pakistan. The Departmental Recruitment Board (DRB) and its staff will verify the physical status of the candidates at the time of the interview and if any deficiency is found, the candidates will be disqualified for recruitment to ICT Police and necessary legal action will be taken to take The decision of the DRB will be final.
- At the time of final selection, candidates must undergo a complete medical examination by the medical board/civil surgeon of the Federal Government. During the medical examination, candidates whose eyesight is less than 6/6 will be disqualified for service. Besides, the candidates who have Hepatitis B&C and any other chronic diseases will be disqualified. Candidates are advised to wear joggers or suitable shoes and bring their own drinking water bottle for the endurance test.
- Selected candidates shall accept Rules/Regulations governing conduct, discipline, promotion, retirement, and other support matters as may be prescribed by the Government.

General Information for Islamabad Police Jobs 2026:
- No candidate can relax in height, chest, or age.
- Applicants are expected to provide accurate information. Provision of false information is liable to be prosecuted under section 420/468/471 PPC with a punishment of up to seven years imprisonment.
- Candidates will submit an affidavit of non-involvement in any criminal case/activity. In case of a false affidavit, the applicant will be barred from applying for future police posts and legal action will also be taken.
- A transgender person can apply according to their self-perceived gender identity as per the provisions of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018, and the gender mentioned in CNIC.
- Government employees fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply through the proper channel at the time of application.
- Candidates of serving/retired police personnel applying on a family application basis will provide complete documents of their application like pension book, retirement order, etc. at the time of the interview.
- Verification of the character and academic record of the selected candidates will be carried out. In case of false/false information or criminal record, selection will be withdrawn/canceled immediately and the candidate will be released/dismissed from service (if found after employment) and case- initiate a lawsuit against him as well.
- Details of test centers are available on the ICT Police website. However, the assignment of a center for an applicant is the exclusive prerogative of the ICT Police.
- Only qualified candidates, who qualify for physical/endurance criteria and written tests, will be called for an interview.
- If a test/level is passed, the candidates will receive a certificate for the next level/test. A candidate who fails in any stage/examination will not be qualified for the next stage.
