General Terms and Conditions for AIOU Tutorship Registration
- You must submit a teacher registration form in the appropriate area in accordance with the instructions issued by the Regional Services Administration.
- These forms have been sent to the Regional Services Bureau for further processing. The Regional Services Bureau will verify the attached documents using the teacher’s registration form.
- The Regional Services Bureau will recommend the candidate to the Data Processing Manager for the issuance of the Teacher Registration Card.
- Applicants will pay a fee of Rupees 500 (available on our website) in the form of a challan in cooperation with TRF to the AIOU CFO. A doctorate holder applying for registration as a tutorship is exempt from the tutor registration fee. The processing fee once deposited is non-refundable under any circumstances. Applicants must provide copies of supporting documents.
- Field officers receiving TRFs will ensure that the applicant is eligible for teacher registration, forms are completed in all aspects and certified by authorized personnel with required documentation.
- District officials will also issue identification cards to applicants in accordance with instructions issued for the district.
- The list is an integral part of the TRF. When submitting it to the field, please fill it out carefully and attach it in front of the “Teacher Registration Form”.
