The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has released the names of students who have been chosen to participate in the third phase of the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme 2026. In addition, the PM Youth Laptop Scheme is restricted to current students at public universities in Pakistan. A list of colleges and institutions taking part in the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme 2026 has been made public by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC Pakistan).

PM Laptop Scheme Merit list 2026 Phase 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th
Beginning in 2026-07-10, 200,000 laptops will be provided with a Jazz 4g dongle (TBD) as part of the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme, Phases IV and V. Specially Disabled students are encouraged to submit as many applications as possible since HEC has set aside a certain number of spaces for them. The accompanying document specifies the eligibility requirements and distribution criteria.
